Pommade Divine Nature's Remedy Balm

$35

All-purpose, seemingly magical healing balm

1.7 oz / 50 ml

We wondered why this curious product had been in production, pretty consistently, using the same recipe since 1800. Then we tried it — and we understood.

Simply put, Pommade Divine helps heal a host of annoyingly frequent skin issues. And it does so remarkably well, thanks to a suite of naturally antiseptic and anti-inflammatory essential oils mixed into a base of lanolin, shea butter, and plant oils. It soothes dry, rough skin; repairs ragged cuticles and chapped lips; calms insect bites, burns, bruises, and scrapes; relieves eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis; and makes an excellent diaper cream in addition to soothing babies’ cradle cap.

If you’re thinking that a centuries-old formula might smell a little funny, don’t worry: Pommade Divine has a distinctively pleasant, woodsy scent that Vogue describes as “apples and cinnamon.”

Many thanks to one of our lovely customers for discovering this in her search for a salve to soothe her celiac-related skin rashes. We’re proud to be one of the newly-revived Pommade Divine’s first US retailers.

"Pommade Divine is by far the best product I have ever used. We are a family of dreadful skin issues (psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, and keratosis pilaris). For the first time ever, we are going through the winter with skin that actually looks and feels "normal". My ten year old son isn't embarrassed to show off his elbows and wrists. A million thanks for bringing attention to this miracle balm!" - Laura C.
