How to Use

Smooth 4-5 drops of the oil between your fingers (add more as needed while going through the Uma wellness treatment steps, which focus on areas where the skin is very thin and the oils are most readily absorbed). First, rub the oil onto the soles of your feet and between your toes. Then, massage into your wrists. Finish at your temples and behind your ears. Finally, deeply inhale the scent from your hands to enjoy the aromatic experience. Can also be added to bath water or used with an aromatherapy diffuser.
