K+M Extravirgin Milk Chocolate is milk chocolate, grown up. 

K+M was created by three superstars: Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller of The French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon, and Ad Hoc fame; Armando Manni, creator of the same organic extra-virgin olive oil used in Chef Keller’s restaurants; and Chi Bui, pedigreed pastry chef, chocolatier, and pioneer in “bean-to-bar” chocolates. They spent the last five years fastidiously perfecting their chocolate together, so you can imagine how exquisite the end result is and why we had to have it. 

What’s truly remarkable, though, is how healthy it is, too. K+M sources exclusive beans that meet stringent guidelines for flavor, antioxidant potential, and sustainability; they process them gently using a proprietary method, developed along with the University of Florence, that preserves the antioxidants commonly lost in the traditional chocolate-making process; and Armando Manni’s organic extra-virgin olive oil, which is prized for its taste and antioxidant levels and recognized worldwide as one of the best finishing oils. While you can’t taste the olive oil, it gives the chocolate a velvety texture and satisfying snap. K+M's Dark Milk and Milk chocolates include a little cocoa butter as well to give the chocolate enough creaminess and heft.
