Even the most sensitive of eyes can partake, thanks to an ingredient list filled with natural plant ingredients like coconut oil and carnauba wax.

How to Use

Apply around the lower lashes, above the upper lashes, or all over the eyelid as a base for the Eye Shadows. Apply Inika Eye Shadow on top of Inika Eye Pencil, and it will draw out the pigment in the shadow to give you a dramatic effect.
