Luzern Labs Micellar Cleansing Water is one of those products that made us jump up and down when we heard that it was launching. We adore micellar waters. They remove makeup and mineral sunscreen using micelles, microscopic spheres that float in the water; used in conjunction with cotton pads, these micelles act like a magnet, attracting and sweeping away oil, makeup, and dirt smoothly and easily. Micellar waters are simple and easy to use, and they’re a great first step in a double-cleansing routine — particularly for easily-congested skin that doesn’t love oil cleansers and those in hot, sticky climates.

Luzern’s version is unique in that it’s been designed specifically for those who live in urban environments where skin is more likely to be encountering the aging effects of pollution.
