The Sea Soak: tips for your ritual
The Sea Soak is designed to be a profound way to witness the power of individual ingredients in their natural state, at the highest level of quality, and at the peak of freshness. Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your Sea Soak experience.
1. Keep your bath quite hot. Not so hot that you can’t actually get in, but hot enough to hasten a sweat.
2. Let your seaweed bag steep in the bath water for at least 10-15 minutes before you get in, preferably longer (30 minutes or so) if you want a deeper experience.
3. Drink lots of water before, during, and after your soak.
4. During your soak, listen to a mediation below. Keep your Sea Soak towel handy to keep your phone dry.
