At the base of each Sleep Series blend is a composition of herbs, Watermelon seed oil, and Passionflower oil, chosen for their abundance of magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins. Layered over that base are essential oils and flower essences chosen with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine in mind.

Anchor is for those who wake up in the middle of the night and are unable to go back to sleep, those who toss and turn, or those who wake up too early and feel unrested. From an aromatherapy perspective, a key note of Vetiver helps to ground and calm an overactive mind so that you can sink back into deep, restorative slumber.
