The sophisticated, non-comedogenic, and hypo-allergenic formula includes eye-specific peptides, carefully selected vitamins, and Swiss-Alpine extracts that efficiently get to work on dark circles, puffiness, fluid retention, and general inflammation. The peptides are particularly hardworking: they help loosen blood fragments under the skin around the eyes, which are a chief cause of dark circles. Serum Luminous has recently been upgraded to a cooling roller-ball applicator that maximizes results by diminishing fluid build-up and lowering surface skin temperature to help refresh and hydrate puffy eyes.
