Marie Veronique’s wonderful Replenishing Oil cleanser is a bathroom-cabinet essential — especially since it’s also available in a travel friendly 1 oz size — if your skin craves a deep clean.

Oil cleansers are handy: they effectively dissolve hardened oil, debris, sunscreen, and makeup to decongest skin and deep clean without disrupting skin’s natural protective barrier. This particular formula, like many of Marie Veronique’s, is brilliantly multidimensional. A carefully chosen blend of oils decongests pores, thins sticky sebum deposits, and improves skin barrier function while two mild cleansing agents (decyl polyglucose and sucrose cocoate) provide greater cleansing power. A pre/probiotic complex provides support to skin’s microbiota to reduce irritation, too.

If your skin tends to be dry, this may be all you need; if you like a “cleaner” feeling or your skin tends to be balanced to oily, we suggest following this up with a gel-based cleanser of your choice.
