This one won us over because of its seemingly impossible combination of a relatively smooth texture — just scrubby enough, thanks to a conservative amount of jojoba beads that scrub without causing microtears in your skin — with a rinse-off that feels like you just visited a Turkish bath for a vigorous scrubdown. Its secret is a combination of physical, chemical, and enzymatic exfoliants: true to her efficient nature, Natalie packed this formula with mandelic and lactic acids, pumpkin enzymes, and pineapple fruit extract to break down bonds between dead skin cells while brightening and evening skin tone. You’ll see smooth, glowing skin within 5 minutes.

The other thing we love? Your smooth skin will feel far more comforted than it might after a relentless scrub at an intense spa: baobab seed oil and capuaçu butter leave skin feeling noticeably well-moisturized while allantoin soothes and calms, so even sensitive skin can get in on the action. This vegan formula features a subtle, warm, gender-neutral fragrance that we love, too.

This scrub is meant to be applied to dry skin and rinsed off a few minutes later. Our favorite thing to do is to apply the scrub all over, do a Gua Sha treatment on the face (using an oil-based or milky/creamy cleanser) while waiting for the chemical and enzymatic exfoliants to do their work, then rinse it all off in the shower. (Use caution when applying the scrub to your feet, as it is quite moisturizing and we found it can be slippery in the shower. This is where Foot Therapy can come in handy instead!)
