How to Peri-Boost
For best results, MPOWDER should be part of your morning routine (the blends are formulated to prepare your gut to digest well). The artificial-sweetener-free powder can be easily blended into a drink, smoothie, breakfast/yogurt bowl with berries, nuts, and seeds; its mild taste (a little cocoa, a little fruit) works well with a wide range of ingredients. How to Use
For best results, use a blender or shaker. Reseal bag after each use and store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light. Use within 6 months of opening.

It also requires far less water, energy and land to grow when compared to other plant-based sources of protein. Blended with Folate to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Organic Cacao (Theobroma cacao) is loved for its clinically-proven potential in boosting cognitive function, improving mood, reducing anxiety, supporting skin hydration and cardiovascular health. Cacao’s prebiotic properties can also improve the diversity of our gut microbiota. MPOWDER’s cacao has not been through the Dutch process, ensuring you always get the full nutritional benefit of this beautiful fruit.
- Moringa (Moringa oleifera) has a complete and unique biochemical profile. It is used by naturopaths to support healthy blood sugar levels and cholesterol; its nutritional profile also supports skin and hair, with preliminary in vitro data showing that moringa may have anti-collagenase activity, which can slow our collagen decline naturally.
