Focus: Weight management and satiety
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Peri-Boost (30g / 1 oz)
200ml unsweetened almond milk (¾ cup)
½ avocado
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ frozen banana
1 handful spinach (30g / 1 oz)
½ tsp cinnamon
3 ice cubes
Why it works:
Peri-Boost: High in plant protein, vitamins, and minerals to support metabolism and hormonal balance.
Avocado: Full of monounsaturated fats and fibre, keeps you fuller longer.
Flaxseed: Rich in lignans (phytoestrogens) and omega-3s; supports gut and hormone health.
Spinach: Low-calorie and high in folate and magnesium, which helps regulate insulin.
Cinnamon: Can help with blood sugar regulation and reduce sweet cravings.
Banana: Adds creaminess and potassium to balance fluid levels.
Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more almond milk for a thinner consistency.
MPOWDER’s Energy Reset
Focus: Fighting fatigue naturally
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Peri-Boost (30g / 1 oz)
250ml milk of your choice (coconut water can work well too and give extra hydration boost!) (1 cup)
½ mango (about 80g)
1 Medjool date
1 tbsp chia seeds (1 US tbsp)
Juice of ½ lime
4 ice cubes
Why it works:
Peri-Boost: Contains iron, B vitamins and vitamin C for red blood cell production and energy metabolism.
Mango: High in vitamin C and natural sugars for a gentle energy lift.
Date: Quick-release natural carbohydrate and source of fibre and potassium.
Chia seeds: Rich in omega-3s and fibre; slow the release of sugars into the bloodstream.
Lime juice: Freshens the blend and provides additional vitamin C.
If used — Coconut water: Hydrating and high in electrolytes, especially potassium.
Instructions: Blend on high speed and serve chilled.
MPOWDER’s Mood Mender
Focus: Emotional resilience and hormone-linked anxiety
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Peri-Boost (30g / 1 oz)
200ml oat milk (¾ cup)
½ cup blueberries (75g)
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp almond butter (1 US tbsp)
½ tsp turmeric
Pinch black pepper
3 ice cubes
Why it works:
Peri-Boost: Provides magnesium, B vitamins and adaptogens to support mood.
Blueberries: High in antioxidants that reduce inflammation and support cognitive health.
Maca: A traditional Peruvian root used to support mood, libido and hormonal balance.
Almond butter: Provides healthy fats and amino acids to stabilise blood sugar.
Turmeric & black pepper: Anti-inflammatory and shown to support mood via brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF).
Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.

Focus: Skin elasticity, hydration and radiance
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Peri-Boost (30g / 1 oz)
200ml unsweetened almond milk (¾ cup)
½ banana (for natural sweetness and creaminess)
4–5 strawberries (60g / ½ cup)
¼ cucumber, peeled and deseeded (for hydration without bitterness)
1 tbsp hemp seeds (1 US tbsp)
½ tsp raw cacao nibs or a few dark chocolate shavings (optional skin-loving antioxidant boost)
1 tsp ground flaxseed
Ice cubes as desired
Why it works:
Banana and almond milk smooth out the sharpness of cucumber and strawberries.
Strawberries still bring vitamin C to support collagen production, but now balanced with mellow flavours.
Hemp and flaxseeds provide omega 3s and healthy fats to support skin barrier function.
Cacao nibs (optional) amplify the base flavour and antioxidant profile.
Instructions: Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth. Add a sprinkle of hemp or cacao nibs on top if desired.

Focus: Digestive health and bloating
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Peri-Boost (30g / 1 oz)
200ml kefir or unsweetened almond milk (¾ cup)
¼ banana (adds prebiotic fibre and sweetness)
¼ ripe papaya (or ½ kiwi, peeled, but optional for milder taste)
½ tsp fresh grated ginger (reduced from 1 tsp for balance)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (1 US tbsp)
1 Medjool date or ½ tsp maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
Ice as needed
Why it works:
Banana and papaya both support digestion while sweetening the blend.
Ginger is soothing for the stomach, but toned down to harmonise with cacao.
Kefir or almond milk keeps it creamy and gut-supportive without acidity.
Date or maple syrup can balance the slight tang from kefir.
Instructions: Blend until velvety. Let sit 2–3 minutes to allow flax to soften for an even smoother texture.

Ingredients:
30g Peri-Boost
1 tbsp cacao powder (magnesium + mood boost)
1 tbsp chia seeds (omega-3 + fibre)
½ cup berries (antioxidants)
250ml oat milk or pea milk

Peri-Boost already contains cacao, pea protein isolate, and a full B-complex. This blend amplifies its impact for those seeking a reliable go-to that tastes indulgent and delivers lasting energy.
