It even increased hair count by 20%, thanks to follicle-stimulating TFC8 — so while you can apply The Conditioner as one normally would just to your hair’s mid-shaft and ends, you can go ahead and massage it into your scalp, too, to make the most of its scalp-stimulating potential.
