A shade guide from Susanne Manasi, the founder of Manasi7
We couldn’t be bigger fans of the culty Swedish makeup brand Manasi7 and the deeply thoughtful makeup artist who developed it — and we couldn’t think of a better person to advise us on the most current makeup color trends. We always look forward to the seasonal looks that Susanne puts together for us, and they've just become better and better as the Manasi7 range has grown.
For winter 2024-25, the look she created for Ayla celebrates glowing, glassy wintertime skin, topped with pops of festive color and subtle highlights for a wide-awake look. Check it out below and scoop up her suggestions, or schedule a makeup lesson (in-person or virtual) to personalize the look for you.

For winter skin, our Botanical Multi Balm Kaede is a must: it is a wonderbalm that protects the skin from the cold weather while healing dry and chopped skin. It is perfect as a deep moisturizer and under makeup. Then apply a base of preference (foundation, tinted moisturizer, etc).
For color, I suggest the All Over Colour Damaskino (berry red) or Pacaya (berry brown) as a blush/lip color. They work well gently dabbed on cheeks, and you can apply a bit more on lips of you prefer more color.
To get that winter skin glowing, I would apply any Strobelighter that suits your skin tone on the high points of the face and inner corners of the eyes (Sunrise or Elysian for light to medium skin tones, Sunsubiro for medium to dark, and Heliconia for dark to deep).
On eyes, the Eye Glow Colour in Sublime is a perfect; it has neutral cold brownish/silver tones, and combined with the Eye and Lip Definer in Yubari or Petunia, the eye makeup is all set.
Finish off with the Precision mascara.
