We asked Sarah to share some of her favorite smoothie recipes with us — because one of the best things about her supplement is how nicely it works in your morning smoothie. Peanut Butter Chocolate Superstar Smoothie

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water)
2 tsp MIJA Superstar powder
2 Tbsp cacao powder
2 Tbsp chocolate plant-based protein powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
Toppings:
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 Tbsp dried goji berries
3 banana slices
2 raspberries
Directions
In a blender, mix the smoothie ingredients. Once blended to desired consistency, pour into a cup and top with toppings.
Serves 1 (serving size = 12 ounces)

Green Goddess Superstar Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 large handful of spinach
2 Tbsp vanilla plant-based protein powder
4 tsp MIJA Superstar powder
½-1 cup water (add more if needed for better blending) or unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
½ Tbsp coconut shavings
½ Tbsp almonds, sliced
1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 kiwi, sliced
Directions
In a blender, mix the bananas, spinach, protein powder, Superstar powder and ½ cup water. Slowly pour in additional water as needed while blending to make it a little smoother. Once blended to desired consistency, pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
Serves 2. Serving size = 12 ounces.

Strawberry Vanilla Superstar Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1 ½ frozen bananas
¾ cup frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp vanilla plant-based protein powder
4 tsp MIJA Superstar powder
½-1 cup water (add more if needed for better blending)
Toppings:
1 Tbsp almonds, sliced
½ Tbsp coconut shavings
1 Tbsp fresh or frozen pomegranate seeds
2 fresh strawberries, sliced
4 fresh raspberries
Directions
In a blender, mix the bananas, strawberries, protein powder, Superstar powder and ½ cup water. Slowly pour in additional water as needed while blending to make it a little smoother. Once blended to desired consistency, pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
